Dr. Cordula Ahnhudt-Franke is the founder of mySkin Mallorca and has more than 20 years of experience in dermatology, laser medicine and medical aesthetics. A particular focus of her work is the development of individual treatment concepts that strategically combine advanced laser technologies, energy-based devices, injectables and regenerative treatments.

Rather than using individual technologies in isolation, she takes a multi-layered approach, combining different wavelengths and treatment modalities according to each patient’s individual skin needs. Her primary focus is on long-term skin health, improved skin quality and natural-looking results.

Acne, Skin Regeneration and Healthy Ageing

Dr. Ahnhudt-Franke also takes an integrative approach to acne treatment. Alongside established dermatological therapies, she incorporates laser- and light-based technologies at an early stage to specifically address inflammation, skin texture and the development of acne scarring.

Healthy ageing is another key area of her work. Here, she combines laser and energy-based technologies with neuromodulators, collagen stimulators and regenerative treatments. The aim is not to change the face, but to improve skin quality, structure and contours over time while preserving each patient’s individuality and natural appearance.

Berlin, Charité and International Experience

Dr. Ahnhudt-Franke studied medicine at Humboldt University and Freie Universität Berlin and completed her doctorate at the Department of Dermatology at Charité Berlin. She gained further international medical experience in the USA, China and Canada.

In 2002, she founded mySkin Mallorca. Today, the clinic brings together medical dermatology, skin cancer screening and treatment, dermatologic surgery, laser medicine and medical aesthetics under one roof. Patients from around the world travel to mySkin Mallorca for dermatological, laser and aesthetic medical treatments.

Teaching, Workshops and International Exchange

Alongside her clinical work, Dr. Ahnhudt-Franke is active internationally as a Key Opinion Leader in laser medicine and regularly shares her expertise with medical colleagues. She lectures and leads workshops and hands-on training in advanced laser protocols, collagen stimulation and aesthetic combination treatments.

A particular focus of her educational work is the intelligent combination of different modalities — from laser and energy-based technologies to injectables, collagen stimulators and regenerative treatments — and their integration into individual treatment concepts.

In addition, Dr. Ahnhudt-Franke develops and leads workshops for medical colleagues on the development and positioning of modern premium medical practices. Drawing on more than two decades of experience as a clinic founder and entrepreneur, she addresses not only medical quality and innovation, but also patient experience, team communication, efficient practice processes and the development of a clear and distinctive practice identity.

Through her international teaching and speaking activities and continuous professional exchange with colleagues, Dr. Ahnhudt-Franke maintains a strong international network within dermatology, laser medicine and medical aesthetics.
