Micro needling

Micro-Needling

During Micro-Needling, the skin is treated with a so-called derma roller, which is equipped with very fine, short needles. Certain receptors become stimulated so that growth factors are released at an increased rate whenever they are inserted into the top layer of the skin, the epidermis. These stimulate the production of new collagen, elastic fibres and hyaluronic acid, and they are essential for the elasticity and for the strength of the connective tissue.

The skin already appears firmer and younger after the initial treatment application. In addition, the skin becomes much more receptive to subsequent care products, e.g. special solutions with growth factors which also stimulate the production of collagen and which support the effect.

Among other things, this micro needling method is used for effectively treating wrinkles in cellulite, scars, pigmentation disorders, or generally flabby connective tissue. Between two and five courses of treatment at four two six week intervals are normally carried out.
